PC Bit Schematic

This is the schematic for each bit of the PC. It incorporates logic for gating the output to the A and Y buses and loading from the Z bus, and part of the incrementing logic. The T input enables toggling; when incrementing, it is fed with a signal that is true when all lower order bits of the PC are 1.
